Io l'hanno scorso ne ho essiccate un bel po', al sole e con l'aiutino di qualche termosifone: ottime anche a distanza di mesi! Qualche ora in acqua e riacquistano perfettamente, ovviamente per essere trifolate, non fritte a quel punto.
